Avery J. Bradley 

 

Avery J. Bradley, a licensed attorney in the State of Michigan, has managed a successful private practice for over 30 years.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in 1975 and Juris Doctorate degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1980.  Specializing in municipal law, Mr. Bradley was elected to serve on the City of Detroit Charter Revision Committee where he served as chairman.  Under his stewardship, the Detroit City Charter was successfully revised to provide better accountability to its citizens.  Additionally, Mr. Bradley was appointed as Assistant City Attorney to the cities of Ecorse and Hamtramck Michigan where he prosecuted city ordinances and advised the Mayor, City Council and City departments chiefs.  Mr. Bradley also served as a government relations consultant for the Wayne County Community College Board of Directors.

Andrea J. Bradley-Baskin 

 

Following in her father's footsteps, Andrea J. Bradley-Baskin, a licensed attorney in the State of Michigan, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.

 

She has worked as an Administrative Law Judge for the Michigan Administrative Hearing System with a particular focus on state benefit programs and regulatory authority.  In addition, Andrea worked as a litigation associate at Dykema Gossett PLLC and Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP.  As a litigator, she focused her practice in the areas of complex civil litigation, products liability litigation, consumer finance, and commercial landlord-tenant litigation.
